Like many clients that I am currently working with, April and Daniel had a rough start with a professional photographer, but I assured them they wouldn’t regret a thing with me. Their session was very quick, but in this case that was a good thing! The weather was a little warm but I found a wonderful shady spot that looked exactly how April and I had hoped for! Their little boy was absolutely adorable and was the best little boy I have worked with to this day; no joke! Together the three of them made a very beautiful family and even if it was a little “unorthodox” to have a child at an engagement session I completely welcome it every time because little ones are 110% a part of this wedding and a part of our lives!! Their session came out beautiful and I could only anticipate the same beautiful photos for my own personal family session in the future! Enjoy!

Angelica and Rene are an absolutely beautiful couple both inside and out! They were so fun to work with even when the park rangers were not! Their session theme was a romantic, dancing theme so we took those props out into the wild and had a blast! A few hundred mosquito bites and a ton of beautiful images later; I think it’s more then safe to say that we are all very happy with how it went! I can not wait till their wedding day, they will make for a beautiful bride and groom!!

I was so confident and in love with this couple from their first inquiry with me. Telisha had emailed me asking if I was comfortable photographing a gay couple, and my response was, “Absolutely! Love is love!” and I do think from that explanation of mine, and on, they were both sold. After meeting the two of them and talking about their last experience with a photographer during an “engagement session”, we spoke about what they had hoped for for their engagement and wedding photos. When I got home I immediately pulled ideas and showed Telisha and from that moment on, they were excited! I still sensed a bit of hesitation, if you will, because of their last experience with a photographer. I decided on San Fransico for their location, I think mainly because it was close to their home location and I wanted something special. Even though we all agreed on a San Fransico engagement, I had NO idea where in San Fransico! What I was envisioning and what Patricia and Telisha wanted, was not really in San Fransico, but the heavens be our witness, we busted our butts finding this location!! I took all day, and a few naps in the car, but we made it and my couple made it! By the time the session was to happen it was windy and cold, but still beautifully sunny. I was freezing, they were freezing, we were all pushing for greatness and that is exactly what I feel we got out of this session!! I showed a handful of shots to the couple and in response I got nothing but praise and excitement! The session went amazing regardless of any weather conditions! They had an amazing time and so did I! The photos; stunning! So without further rambling, enjoy their beautiful engagement session! I am thrilled and honor to share these with you all!

Aside from how horrible I felt during this engagement session (thank you allergy season), I definitely think once I held the camera up to capture their beautiful moments, it was all a breeze! This lovely couple photographed so beautifully and everything came naturally. Like every other couple, the first few moments are awkward, but then the rest of the session is nothing but laughter and fun! Since this couple was down for anything, I decided to let them brave the river. It was so much fun going a little out of the ordinary by going down to the water and letting my clients play for a little. Everything turned out beautifully. Can not wait till their big day!

Simply stunning mama here, and a perfectly matched daddy-to-be by her side! This lovely couple here are amazing returning clients who I simply adore! I can not express how excited I am that I will also be able to capture their little newborn’s portraits once she arrives!! Cristina’s maternity session went perfect! It was a little windy but we certainly got off lucky considering how the wind was the next day! The location was beautiful, the sun was out with some clouds which offered some great lighting, and this couple looked amazing modeling that baby belly! Overall, I am very pleased with how these came out!! Enjoy!

This little sweetheart is very near and dear to our hearts! We have worked with her mommy, daddy, and brother all the way back to their engagement photos to now; newborn photos. We’ve grown very found of this beautiful and loving family! Sweet newborn “M” was not the typical newborn during her session whatsoever! She absolutely adored being held, more then a newborn should even be able to understand at this age. She was very particular about everything you did and even said in her presences. She had such a strong, quirky, and very sweet little personality unlike any newborn I’ve worked with. The only newborn that I could come close to comparing personalities with her was, Zoey, my daughter; she was just like this! Little “M” did pretty good considering, we were able to get the basic pretty shots and I was even able to get an outstanding shot of her beautiful bright eyes wide open and focused on me!! I had a wonderful time spending her session getting to know her little personality, talking with her mommy and Nana. I hope to see you ALL again very soon!! In the meantime, enjoy the beautiful portraits of such a very unique little lady!

They say one of the best compliments to a small business owner is a referral, and this cutie pie and his family is just that. Although that is pretty true, I think the better compliment is a giggle and a smile from such a sweet little client such as this! Nothing warms a photographer’s heart like a grumpy baby turned giggly and smiley with a simple and playful, “aaaachoo, aaaachoo, aaaachooo” from me! He thought is was the greatest thing in the world and I think it was definitely a wonderful cherry on top of his super fun session!! He had cake, paper airplanes, a radio flyer wagon, balloons, and an awesome home-made cake his mommy made. Although this little dude thought his cake was the ickiest thing ever and preferred grass over it; his session came out beautifully, and I was able to capture his sweet personality with ease! This family was such a pleasure to work with and I can’t wait till the next time! Enjoy!

Since the first day that I met Cassidy I loved this girl, and that is why she is a very special part of our family now. I met her fiance Cody, at a family party as Cassidy’s guest, and we were all very comfortable and at ease with one another; like family from the get-go. Their engagement session today was amazing all the way from prep to edits! Thank you so much to Ernesto Robledo of Graffiti Make Up for coming to my home to get Cassidy beautified; you did an amazing job and made her feel so beautiful and comfortable! She had a blast getting dolled up, and I loved watching you work your magic!! Cassidy, you truly are a beautiful person inside and out!! When we finally got to the location for their engagement session, the clouds parted and the sun just beamed down on the two of them, I swear! I had my thoughts and feelings (good of course) about this couple before their session but, now after having worked with them on capturing their love for one another; I am truly in love with these two. They love one another so much and I just adored how they were so comfortable during their session as if they were at home watching t.v. on the couch!! This little guy’s session was beyond amazing!! He was sleeping when we got there; he just needed a quick change and was ready for his close up! We spent about a half an hour to an hour tops with a studio setup with him before he protested against any further [...]]]>

This little guy’s session was beyond amazing!! He was sleeping when we got there; he just needed a quick change and was ready for his close up! We spent about a half an hour to an hour tops with a studio setup with him before he protested against any further posing. Once I picked him up after his protest I seen that his little belly button had fallen off finally as his mommy and daddy warned was going to soon. After seeing his belly button I realized that he wasn’t protesting against photos, but rather a pokey belly button on his tummy. After he got cleaned up and had some mommy cuddles, he was all set to go for round two! He did even more amazing then the first round! We got him in the trickiest pose (hands on chin), without any fuss. We were actually able to get three different perspectives (without cropping) on his chin-up pose!! That’s awesome for his mommy and daddy (and for me)!! Just 8 days young this little guy is,by far, my best newborn session. Thank you so much to his amazing mommy and daddy for inviting us to their home to capture their stunning little boy’s newborn portraits and their “new” family portraits! You three are beautiful! Mali contacted me through one of my other great clients who I just recently photographed; Yeng and her sweet Family. When we met Mali and Danny for their engagement session they were beaming with excitement, and truth be told, a little bit of nerves! Regardless of any nerves that any client ever has, as I’ve said before, after the first 10-15 minutes my clients are comfortable, laughing, and having fun! Mali and Danny did a pretty amazing job, and they looked beautiful together; truly a happy and in love couple right here! I had a blast and hope to see you two in the near future!! Best wishes!
